This presentation will allow for a dialog with attendees regarding the merits of hypnosis, the ways it can be applied clinically, the differences between laboratory and clinical effects on hypnotic responsiveness, and other topics of interest regarding hypnosis.
Educational Objectives:
- List some of the hypnotic phenomena that are relevant in treatment.
- Identify some of the strengths hypnosis amplifies in therapy.
- Discuss attributes of hypnosis that surface during hypnotic treatments.

Michael Yapko, PhD Related Seminars and Products
Michael D. Yapko, Ph.D. (professional psychology, clinical specialization), is internationally recognized for his innovative work in applied clinical hypnosis, developing brief psychotherapies, and the strategic treatment of depression.
