What do I do if I need to change courses, cancel my order or get a refund?

We have a 30 day return policy on merchandise. Physical books, DVDs and other physical media must be returned to the Foundation to be eligible for a refund. Digital item returns are eligible for store credit only. Please contact support@erickson-foundation.org to begin the return process. You must contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
